NEW ORLEANS - Dr. James Moises, a Tulane emergency room doctor, is passionate about wine vineyards.
On Thursday night, Moises's wines will be paired with a four-course meal at Besh Steak at Harrah's.
The food is crafted by Besh Steak Executive Chef Todd Pulsinelli.
Pulsinelli, Moises and Karol Brandt from Harrah's New Orleans were in the kitchen.
The dinner begins at 6 p.m. and costs $75 a person.
