NEW ORLEANS, La. -- For years, Veterans, children, and NFL players have been traveling to New Orleans to see LSU Health Sciences Center's Dr. Paul Harch, who treats people with different types of brain injury from birth, sports, car wrecks, strokes, and concussions by using hyperbaric oxygen tanks.

Dr. Paul Harch joins the Eyewitness Morning News to talk about a vision to turn Charity Hospital into a world brain treatment and research center, as well as a place for treating football head injuries.
