Study conclusion for pistachio nuts:
"Regular consumption of pistachios could decrease insulin resistance, thus suggesting a potential protective role for pistachio consumption against the development of Type 2 diabetes."
"Inclusion of 43 grams of almonds into a daily diet, especially as snacks, may help to moderate glycemia without promoting weight gain."
