NEW ORLEANS - Now that Mayor Landrieu has proposed his 2013 city budget, the council will begin it's series of budget hearings.
District A Councilwoman Susan Guidry was in the studio to talk about the process and a few other items on Thursday's agenda.
The public meeting on an ordinance to provide stronger protection of domestic animals takes place at Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Louisiana SPCA Facility at 1700 Mardi Gras Boulevard in Algiers.
