All this month, we've been offering fitness and nutrition information to help those who want to lose weight and keep it off, and today the advice is for senior citizens and comes from the NORDC Free Fitness Programs for Seniors.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News to talk about what types of programs are available to seniors is Vic Richard, the Chief Executive Officer of NORDC, and well as Iretheas Gilyard who will talk about how she likes the NORDC-NOBA Center for Dance Senior Dance Fitness Program.
