Neighborhood Development Foundation to hold annual house party Saturday

It is a group that aims to help people and families make the transition from renting to home ownership and thousands of locals have already benefitted. The Neighborhood Development Foundation is holding its annual house party this Saturday, and you can help them do more good work while having a great time.

Neighborhood Development Foundation CEO Fred Johnson and House Party Co-Chairs Terrance and Stephanie Osborne, join the Eyewitness Morning News with details on the event.

Criteria for 1st homebuyers program

1. Have an income of at least $21,000

2. Have reasonably good credit

3. Follow the NDF process

The house party starts with a special patron party at 6:30 p.m. with the gala starting at 7:30 p.m., in the lobby of the First NBC Bank at 210 Baronne Street. There will be a silent auction and a live auction, plus music, drinks and refreshment. You can call the Neighborhood Development Foundation at 488-0155 for more information.
