NEW ORLEANS - French Quarter Fest is more than just music and food.
It has become an event that families look forward too each year.
Understanding that, fest organizers have created a new kids area that's cool and interactive.
It's at the Hermann-Grima House on St. Louis Street. The booths are open from noon to 6 p.m. on And it's all free of charge.
There are also family-friendly activities at the Riverfront Plaza near the aquarium.
