The Oak Street Po-Boy Festival may not be very old, this is only its 7th festival, but it's already one of the city's most popular fall festivals, because, of course, it's all about New Orleans' most iconic sandwich.

The Eyewitness Morning News is in the kitchen with festival founder Hank Staples of Mahony's and his Chef Jason Sanders, who will talk more about this year's celebration, as well as prepare one of the sandwiches at the fest.

The 2013 Oak Street Po-Boy Festival is Sunday November 23 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Oak Street between Carrollton Avenue and Leake Avenue, from Leonidas to Plum Street.
