NEW ORLEANS - Summer is the time of year the SPCA begins to see an increase in the number of homeless cats and kittens that are brought to the shelter.
The SPCA is offering a special to those of you looking to adopt your first cat, or bring home a new friend for another beloved cat.

The SPCA is offering a special for anyone who wants to give a cat or kitten it's new forever home.
The offers runs from Friday through Sunday and cats can be adopted for just $5, while kittens will be available for adoption for only $25.
