You can find stray or feral cats in just about every neighborhood in metro New Orleans. Some people love them, others hate them, but it's almost impossible to get rid of them, and the best any community can do is control them, which is where the Louisiana SPCA's TNR (Trap Neuter Return) Program can be very useful.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News from the LA-SPCA to talk more about the TNR Program is Alicia Haefele and Loretta Lambert, and they’ve brought with them an adoptable pet.
