NEW ORLEANS - The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in Louisiana. It's driven by such groups as the South Coast Angel Fund and a lot of young entrepreneurs flocking to the city.
The South Coast Angel Fund is an investment group that offers resources to small businesses to help them grow.
It also works with Loyola's MBA program to educate students on what investors are looking for in a fledgling business.
Clayton White of Simmons and White, LLC, who runs the South Coast Angel Fund, and Jay O'Conner, a Loyola MBA student, were in the studio Thursday to talk about the group.
