Westbank residents got through another hurricane season without major flooding damage despite a pounding by Hurricane Isaac and a levee in desperate need of repair.
During Wednesday's Eye on St. Charles Parish segment, President V.J. St. Pierre brought us up to date on plans to building a stronger hurricane flood levee for the Westbank.
