When it comes to good music, no one will argue with the fact that New Orleanians are spoiled.

The St. Mary's academy Marching Band has been invited to perform in the oldest and largest Veteran's Day Parade in the country, in New York City, but they can't all go, without a little help.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News to explain how St. Mary’s can use help to attend the parade is President of St. Mary's Academy, Sister Clare of Assisi Pierre, and Band Director, Ray Johnson.

If you'd like to help the St. Mary's Academy Marching Band cover expenses for their trip to New York City for the Veteran's Day Parade in November, make a donation by calling the school at (504) 245-0200.
