Halloween comes early at the Mahalia Jackson Theater with the New Orleans Opera's presentation of "The Vampire."

Just like the holiday, it's all in good fun, and the audience gets to join in.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News to talk more about “The Vampire,” is the Director of the New Orleans Opera, Robert Lyle and Casey Candebat, who performs the role of George.

You have two opportunities to see the New Orleans Opera’s production of "The Vampire" at the Mahalia Jackson Theater, opening night is Friday, October 11 at 8:00 p.m. but you can go early to walk the red carpet in costume. Then stick around for their "Fangtastic Night" after-party. The second show is Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
