NEW ORLEANS - New Orleans Recovery School District elementary and high school students have less than 3 weeks to play before they need to be back in the classroom.
But, it's parents who have some homework to do first.
Two informational meetings have been scheduled to get parents up to speed on three policy changes that take effect with the new school year.
RSD Superintendent Patrick Dobard joined us with more information on the changes.
The meetings are:
- Wednesday at 4 p.m. at L.B. Landry High School.
- July 25 at 6 p.m. at Walter L. Cohen High School.
