International award-winning cookbook author and Chef Amy Cyrex-Sins' new Langlois Culinary Crossroads, in the Marigny, is offering a Valentine's Day Couples Class.
Chef Amy joins the Eyewitness Morning News, along with Missy Gilmore, and her boyfriend Chad Mesa, who will help Chef Amy demonstrate how the class works.

Chocolate Soup Recipe (makes 6 servings)-
- 1-2 quart milk
- 2 ounces brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cardamon powder
- 2 star anise
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1 ounce cocoa powder
- 3 ounces chocolate 65%
Combine milk, sugar, orange peel, spices and coconut milk in a medium sized saucepan. Simmer on medium heat. Whisk in coco powder and chocolate. Serve warm.
