Thursday the United States Food and Drug Administration issued a notice that they are looking more closely at partially hydrogenated oils or trans fats and are potentially looking at banning them in restaurants and grocery stores.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News to explain what exactly the FDA notice means to the public is Dietitian Julie Fortenberry of Touro Hospital.
