The White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities is in New Orleans this week, and Friday, there will be a panel discussion at the Hilton Riverside, focusing on how to improve success rates and increase educational opportunities for African American males.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News is Dr. Ivory Toldson, the Deputy Director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Once again, the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities’ panel discussion will be held at the National Council on Educating Black Children Convention Friday morning, April 18, from 10:15 a.m. until 11:15 a.m., at the Hilton Riverside.
