NEW ORLEANS - There's no shortage of excuses for not eating breakfast - we want to lose a little weight, we're not hungry in the morning, we have no time for breakfast.
But there's one really good reason to breakfast - it's better for your health.
A survey by the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey showed it's especially important for middle aged men.
