1 ¼ cup orange juice
1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
Combine orange and lemon juice with sugar and water in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until reduced by about half.
Add 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier then whisk in butter.
Fold crepes in half and warm in the sauce. Add more Grand Marnier and flame.
Remove from saucepan to a plate and add a scoop of ice cream.
Spoon sauce over and serve.
