1 clove fresh garlic, minced

2 Tbsp Golden Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Orange Juice

1/2 cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil

Pinch of salt and white pepper

 

Mince fresh garlic and combine with vinegar and orange juice. The acids will macerate, or soften, the fresh garlic.

Using a whisk, slowly incorporate the avocado oil to combine.

Season lightly with kosher salt and white pepper.

Cover and refrigerate
