1 lb sage flavored ground pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion ½” dice
2 cups beef broth
2 ribs of celery ½” dice
2 cups chicken broth
½ green bell pepper ½” dice
1 9x9 pan of cornbread (prepare per package instructs)
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
3 bay leaves
¼ cup dried Italian seasoning blend
Brown pork sausage in a medium sized sauce pot over medium-high heat.
Add in onion, celery, peppers and garlic.
Cook until veggies are soft.
Add Italian seasoning, bay leaves, mushroom soup, beef broth and chicken broth.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Crumble cornbread and add to mixture.
Remove dressing from heat and stir in breadcrumbs.
Place dressing in a buttered casserole dish and heat for 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
