Recipe: Broussard's Crawfish in Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 LB Crawfish tail meat
• ¾ cup Butter
• ¾ cup all purpose flour
• ½ cup Mustard (Dijon)
• 1 bunch fresh Dill (chopped)
• 1 ½ cup heavy cream
• Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter then add flour. Mix well to incorporate. Next, add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook 5-8 minutes. Add mustard, crawfish and fresh Dill. Salt & Pepper to taste.
