Summer rolls with peanut sauce

La Thai Uptown


2 pieces steamed rice paper (tapioca sheets)

¼ cup steamed egg noodles

4 pieces boiled shrimp(de-shelled) cut in half long ways sz 21/25

¼ cup lettuce thinly sliced

6 pieces mixed field greens

¼ cup Shredded carrots

2 pieces thinly sliced cucumber

4 pieces Cilantro

Sweet chili sauce (Mae ploy brand)

La Thai house-made Peanut sauce

1 tsp crushed peanuts

1 tsp Siracha (rooster brand) Thai hot sauce


1. Lay steamed rice paper on table, one on top of the other (lay second one ¼ “from top of other)

2. Place noodles, shrimp, cucumber, carrots, lettuce, spring mix on rice paper, wait for rice paper to dry couple of minutes, roll ingredients in rice paper, then cut into 4 pieces, place on plate, then drizzle both sauces on top. Garnish with crushed peanuts, cilantro, and siracha
