"How to Fool Your Date" Redfish
Redfish fillets
Grape tomatoes
Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Red Onion
Garlic
Parsley
Butter
Lemon
White Wine
Slap yo Mama seasoning
Old Bay Seasoning
Black Pepper

Crabmeat Bites
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp mayo
5 oz Old English cheese spread
7 oz crabmeat (may use canned, fresh claw meat better and not too expensive)
English muffins
Split English muffins, set aside.
Blend all other ingredients.
Spread on muffin halves.
Quarter English muffins.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly on top.
Serve right away!
Note: May be frozen uncooked on cookie sheet first, then tossed into a ziploc bag and returned to freezer. Can be pulled out and baked quickly for drop in company.
