With the cost of a gallon of gas expected to rise above the $4 mark just in time for the summer vacation travel season, Congressman Steve Scalise is preparing to introduce today a plan designed to lower those costs and kick-start drilling off the coast of the state.
But that’s all of his “Grow American Supply” or Gas Act will do.
