A Pot of "Poke" and a Pan of Garlicky Grits!

Well, I just got back from the grocery with all the ingredients I need to fix my Black Cast Iron Pot "Poke" and a heaping pan of Cheezy Garlicky Grits.  This combination is gonna be a mouthwatering, sinful presentation, and I'd really like to have all of you tune in tomorrow morning starting at 6.  Basically, I'm gonna trim the chops of all fat, submerge them in a marinade, sear 'em over in a cast iron Dutch oven, then nestled then down into a "slap-yo-Momma-gravy" that you could literally drink with a straw.  Then to make it all ccomplete, the pork ends up being accompanied by a big ol' monster pan of  cheesy grits, intensely flavored with an entire head of oven roasted garlic.  Whoa! What a meal!!!  You don't want to miss this!!!!---Frank D
