Whether you observe Lent or not, you'll want to prepare this Naturally N'Awlins recipe for your family.......especially if they like seafood!

What you do is gather peeled and deveined shrimp, some choice Portabella mushrooms, a big bowl of green peas, and a platter of perfectly al dente penne pasta and put together a fantastic seafood entree that--I promise--your family will ask for over and over again.  Wanna learn how to fix it?
