When they head out this week to shoot "The Fishin' Game Report," Frank Davis and his fishing team are gonna fish in Lake Pontchartrain again--yep, along the trestle!--for a mirapoix of hungry saltwater fish. . .trout, reds, flounder, drum, sheepshead, and even some nice-sized croakers.

"They're all in right now," Capt. Kenny Kreeger told Frank during an early-morning phone call yesterday.  "And yes--they're in here early!  Ordinarily, it would be toward the end of this month before decent size fish started to show up for the pre-spring run. . .but something moved up their timeline.

"No big thing, though, buddy!  We're gonna have a great time shooting Fishin' Game this week!"

Frank promises to tell all of WWL's sportsfishermen exactly where they're stacked after tomorrow's videotaping.  Look for the information right here!
