Cranberry Glazed Carrot Quarters

Ingredients:
3
cups steamed carrots, cut into small quarters
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. orange zest
¼ cup clover honey
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. white pepper
4 Tbsp. cranberry jelly (heaping)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans

This is a relatively easy recipe.
All you do is take the hot cooked carrots right out of the steamer and place them into a mixing bowl.
Then drop in the butter, orange juice, orange zest, honey, salt, and white pepper and toss everything thoroughly with the carrots.
Finally, melt the cranberry jelly in a measuring cup in the microwave oven and pour it over the carrots.
Then
gently toss everything together and sprinkle the dish lightly
with the chopped pecans.
