KENNER, La. -- State Police are investigating the discovery of a man's body early Friday on Highway 90 in St. Charles Parish.
The man, whose body was found just before 3:00 a.m., has been identified as Chad Gaubert, 28, of Paradis, according to a news release from Trooper Melissa Matey, Troop B spokesperson.
Matey said someone reported finding Gaubert's body lying on the shoulder of the road on U.S. 90 east at mile post 235, west of LA 632. The cause of death is unknown and an autopsy is pending at the St. Charles Parish Coroner’s Office, according to the news release.
State Police ask anyone with information about the case to call Troop B at 504-471-2775.
