A regular program of exercise is, of course, very beneficial for
maintaining optimum health. However, you should always vary your
exercise routing. According to a recent study, repetitive exercise
routines may cause overuse injuries. They may also hurt your mental
health. Some of the people in the study who were 65 or older, engaged in
four or more different kinds of physical activities each week. The
results appeared to show that they were less likely to develop
Alzheimer's disease than those who participated in only one or no
activities. The causes of Alzheimer's disease are unclear. However, you
may lower your risk of Alzheimer's by choosing a healthier lifestyle, a
well-balanced diet, a regular exercise routine, and keeping your mind
active. And, most importantly, check with your doctor and get tested for
symptoms of Alzheimer’s.
