President Bush plans to present the President's Volunteer Service Award to 87-year-old Tris Coffin Junior of River Ridge during a visit to Louisiana.

The White House said Bush will meet with Coffin tomorrow at Louis Armstrong International Airport to honor his almost 22 years of work with Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana.

Coffin has worked in all facets of Second Harvest operations, including order processing, administration and bookkeeping.

Second Harvest, a program of Catholic Charities, annually distributes millions of pounds of food to needy families in 23 parishes.
