Man blamed for deadly Laplace accident had 3 different drugs in him

Louisiana State Police have released new toxicology results for the driver blamed for the accident in Laplace that killed an 8-year-old Baton Rouge girl and injured 10 other people.
The results show Robert Newman had three different drugs in his system, including valium, cocaine and a drug used to treat anxiety disorders. No new charges will be filed against Newman.
He already had been charged with vehicular homicide, child endagerment and DWI.
