BATON ROUGE -- Governor Bobby Jindal's office has found a "potential conflict of interest" in the business dealings of a cabinet secretary's family.

Bobby Jindal.

That's according to a document released by the governor's office Wednesday.

The father of Garret Graves, Jindal's coastal secretary, is owner of an engineering firm that has won state contracts. The governor's executive counsel, Jimmy Faircloth, says the company should be barred from additional state contracts while Graves serves.

Graves is director of the Governor's Office of Coastal Affairs. He has not been available for comment.
