Grand Isle Mayor David J. Camardelle says that residents are now allowed on the island with proper identification.

The beating the Grand Isle took this hurricane season is deja vu to many residents.

There will be a check point at Fourchon from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Police also have a check point in Grand Isle from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Curfew is still in effect at 8 p.m.
