1 cup Wheat Chex
1 cup Cheerios
½ cup almonds
½ cup walnut halves
2 tbsp melted Brummel and Brown (or any trans- or saturated-free spread)
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcesterchire
1 tsp garlic powder


Combine melted butter, soy sauce, Worcesterchire and garlic powder in a small bowl. In a large bowl combine cereals and nuts. Pour liquid mixture over cereal and nuts in a separate large bowl. Mix well.

Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick spray. Spoon coated cereal onto sheet pan, leaving excess liquid in the bottom of the bowl. Discard excess liquid.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
