Peanut Butter Balls

½ cups peanut butter (18-ounce jar)
1 ½ cups honey (12-ounce jar)
½ cup wheat germ
3 cups powdered milk
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
3 cups finely crushed walnuts (or any type of nuts)
In a large bowl, stir together peanut butter and honey. Combine wheat germ, powdered milk, and graham cracker crumbs in a separate bowl. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture, stirring well until blended thoroughly. Using a measuring teaspoon, scoop out mixture and form into small balls. Roll in crushed nuts to coat outside.
Yields approximately 200 servings.
