Asian Slaw

Ingredients:

4 cups or 1 medium head of shredded cabbage
1 cup matchstick carrots
¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
1 T cilantro
4 T soy sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In large mixing bowl blend all ingredients together and place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
