Exercise Reduces Risk of Breast Cancer
Mackie Shilstone
For
those who are not physically able to participate in a strenuous
sporting activity, studies show that any type of physical
activity may reduce your disease risk. Biking or walking for
one hour a day may reduce the breast cancer risk by as much
as 19%. No matter what type of exercise you do, it's all good
for you. Just don't overdo it and, if you suspect breast cancer
or any other serious ailment, consult your doctor.
