Home Style "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients:
¼ cup whole wheat breadcrumbs(white breadcrumbs will work, but whole wheat is preferred)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
4 skinless chicken breasts
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preheat
oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish and pour buttermilk
into a shallow dish.
Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place in pan coated with cooking spray and drizzle butter
over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
