3 or 4 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
4 ounces cooked skinless chicken breast, chopped
2 tbsp salsa
¼ avocado, chopped
1 tbsp light sour cream
Directions
Fill lettuce leaves with chicken, salsa, and avocado; add a dollop of sour cream. Roll lettuce leaves fajita-style, and enjoy.
