Oriental Style Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 center-cut pork chops (thin cut)1 medium onion, cut into ½ pieces
3 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
10 shittake mushrooms
(soak in cold water for 20 minutes if dried and cut into ¼-inch pieces)
2 cups broccoli
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
5 baby corn
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp sesame oil
Sautee
pork chops in sesame oil for 2 minutes on each side, and put
aside. Sautee onions, carrots, and mushrooms until tender.
Add broccoli and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Add baby
corn and cook for 1 minute.
Serves 4
