12 cherry tomatoes
red onion, cut into large pieces
8 ounces fresh whole mushrooms
1 zucchini, thickly sliced
1 green pepper, cut into large pieces
1 red pepper, cut into large pieces
½ cup low-fat Italian dressing

Directions

Heat grill. Pour dressing into a large plastic bag; add vegetables and shake to coat with dressing; allow to marinate at least 10 minutes. Soak 4 wooden skewers in water; alternate vegetables onto the skewers. Place skewers on the grill; add extra marinade as needed; grill 5-8 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
