It is THAT time of year, the time of year that you have fun all day in the sun but deal with the aftermath later. I really don't burn that much at all but this past weekend at the lake left me burned in the most unattractive way, it also did not feel good at all. There are tons of all natural sunburn relief remedies and I thought I would share a favorite today.

Homemade Sunburn Relief

4 TBS baking Soda

1 Cup Water

Directions: Mix both together and soak a cotton ball in the mixture then apply it to the affected area.

Of course, I love applying aloe vera personally but baking soda is an easy substitute if you're in a pinch. Stay safe & enjoy the sun!
