NEW ORLEANS -- An 18-wheeler overturned Monday near the Ponchartrain Expressway.
The accident happened near Tchoupitoulas and Calliope streets during a busy rush hour, before 5 p.m.
No injuries have been reported, and police haven't given any information on what may have caused the accident.
Drivers can expect delays until the accident is cleared.
