NEW ORLEANS -- Over 1100 people were out of power in New Orleans East after a truck slammed into a pole.
The incident happened near Read and Lake Forest boulevards around 5:15 p.m.
Entergy officials say 1156 people were out of power after the accident, but according to Entergy's official outage site, it has since been restored.
There were no injuries reported.
