NEW ORLEANS -- A man has died in a Tuesday afternoon Algiers shooting, according to NOPD spokesman Officer Garry Flot.
The shooting happened in the 2600 block of Vespasian Boulevard in Algiers around 4:30 p.m., Flot said.
Flot said a man was shot several times at that location.
Police haven't identified a suspect or a motive in this case.
