GULF OF MEXICO - The Carnival cruise ship Triumph is stalled in the waters of Mexico after a fire in an engine room damaged the forward engines.
The ship, which cruises from Galveston, Texas, was due back in port there on Monday.
A Coast Guard cutter and two tug vessels are en route and will pull the ship into an as-yet-to-be-determined port.
There were no reported injuries to passengers and backup generators are working to supply power to the rooms of the ship.
