NEW ORLEANS -- A man arrested in June on allegations of taking pictures of young children at a Tulane day camp has been cleared of the charges.

The Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office refused to pursue child pornography charges against 54-year-old William Lovejoy.

A spokesman for the DA’s office says evidence collected during the investigation found that Lovejoy did not commit the crime.

Lovejoy was arrested in June after counselors at the Tulane camp told police they had seen Lovejoy in the locker room videotaping young boys with his cell phone.
